In the middle of a great round and don’t want to stop? If the next time slot is open, you can extend your session without leaving the bay.
Option 1: Extend via AlbaPlay on Your Phone
- Open AlbaPlay in your phone’s browser.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to your current booking and select Extend.
- Choose the additional time you’d like and complete payment.
- Your session is extended immediately — no interruption to your game.
Option 2: Extend via SimLock Screen
When your booked time is about to expire, the SimLock screen may appear on the bay display. If the next slot is available, SimLock will give you the option to purchase extra time directly from the screen. Follow the on-screen prompts to extend and pay.
Important Notes
- Extensions are only available if the next time slot is not booked.
- You’ll be charged the standard hourly rate for the additional time.
- If another customer has the next slot booked, you must vacate the bay promptly.
