Before your first visit to Putter Sim Lounge, you’ll need to create an AlbaPlay account. AlbaPlay is the booking platform we use to manage all reservations, payments, memberships, and bay access. Think of it as your key to the facility — without an account, you won’t be able to book a bay or get through the front door.
Step 1 — Visit the Booking Page
Go to puttersimlounge.ca/book or tap the Book Now button anywhere on our website. This will take you to our AlbaPlay booking portal.
Step 2 — Create Your Account
Tap Sign Up or Create Account. You’ll be asked to enter your name, email address, and phone number. AlbaPlay will send a verification code to confirm your identity via SMS or email — enter the code to complete registration.
Step 3 — Add a Payment Method
Add a credit or debit card to your account. This is required before you can make your first booking. Your card will be charged at the time of booking, and it’s also used as your card on file for our damage accountability policy.
Step 4 — Complete Your Profile
Fill in any remaining profile details. A complete profile helps us serve you better and ensures your booking confirmations reach you.
Important Notes
- Your AlbaPlay account is personal — if you’re bringing guests, each person does not need their own account, but the account holder is responsible for the booking and the bay.
- You must also sign the digital liability waiver before your first visit. You’ll accept the waiver during AlbaPlay checkout.
- Set up your account before arriving — don’t try to do this standing at the front door at midnight.
