Because our facility operates without on-site staff, we have designed our systems to be entirely self-serve. Here is what you need to know:

How do I unlock the front door?

Upon completing your booking and signing the mandatory digital waiver, you will receive a secure access code via email/SMS. Use this code at the front door to enter the facility.

What if the simulator freezes or I need technical help?

We have troubleshooting guides and house rules posted via QR codes inside each bay. Simply scan the code with your smartphone for immediate step-by-step instructions.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Alba handles all booking, payments, and memberships. You can easily modify your reservation, extend your playtime, or update your payment details directly through your Alba account portal.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, Putter Sim Lounge allows customers to Bring Your Own Beverages (BYOB). Please note that glass bottles and hard liquor are strictly prohibited, and you must clean up your bay before leaving.
