Putter Sim Lounge is fully self-service. There’s no front desk and no staff at the door — getting in is just one step.
You’ll Get a Text
When your booking is confirmed, AlbaPlay gives you a door-access link on your receipt and in your confirmation email, and texts you the same link about an hour before your booking. That link is what gets you in. Keep it handy when you arrive.
You’ll also get a booking confirmation email with your time, bay assignment, and other details — and it includes the same door-access link, so either the email or the text will get you in.
At the Door
- Walk up to the front door at 8201 Weston Road, Unit #2, Woodbridge.
- Open the door-access link from your text message or confirmation email.
- Use the link to unlock the door.
- The door unlocks. Walk in.
The link only works during your booking window: from 15 minutes before your booking until 15 minutes after it ends. If you show up much earlier, the link won’t work yet.
If You Don’t Have Your Link
If you can’t find the text or didn’t receive one, check your booking confirmation email — it has the same door-access link. You can also call or text us at 289-536-7089 — our automated assistant answers right away, and anything it can’t handle goes straight to the team.
