How to Get Inside the Building

You’ll Get a Text

Before your booking, AlbaPlay sends you a text message with your door code. That code is what gets you in. Keep it handy when you arrive.

You’ll also get a booking confirmation email with your time, bay assignment, and other details — but the email is for reference. The text is what you need at the door.

At the Door

  1. Walk up to the front door at 8201 Weston Road, Unit #2, Woodbridge.
  2. Find the keypad next to the door.
  3. Enter the door code from your text message.
  4. The door unlocks. Walk in.

The door code only works during your booking window. If you arrive too early — say, an hour before — the code won’t work yet.

If You Don’t Have Your Code

If you can’t find the text or didn’t receive one, check your booking confirmation email — it’ll have instructions for retrieving your code or contacting support. You can also call us at 289-536-7089 and our AI assistant can help you sort it out, or ask for Silvio.
