Once you have an AlbaPlay account, booking a bay at Putter Sim Lounge takes less than two minutes. Here’s how to do it.
Step 1 — Open the Booking Portal
Go to puttersimlounge.ca/book or tap Book Now from any page on our website. Log in to your AlbaPlay account if you haven’t already.
Step 2 — Choose Your Bay
We have two bays available:
- Elite Lounge (Bay 1) — 14’7″ × 19’8″ sim area. Foresight Falcon launch monitor with FSX Play software.
- Executive Corner Lounge (Bay 2) — 16’6″ × 21’2″ sim area. Everything in Bay 1 plus putting green applications. Total area including seating is 16’6″ × 29’8″.
Step 3 — Select Your Date and Time
Use the calendar to pick your date, then select an available time slot. Available times are shown in green. Grey or blocked times are already reserved or outside operating hours. The facility is closed from midnight to 6 AM — bookings during these hours are not available.
Step 4 — Confirm and Pay
Review your booking details — bay, date, time, and total cost. Apply any discount codes, gift cards, or value card credits if you have them. Complete payment using the card on your AlbaPlay account.
Step 5 — Check Your Confirmation
You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email and/or SMS. This confirmation includes your booking time, bay assignment, and access instructions. If you don’t receive a confirmation within a few minutes, check your spam folder or verify the contact info on your AlbaPlay account.

Both bays accommodate up to 4 guests per booking.
