Value cards are prepaid credit balances loaded onto your AlbaPlay account. Think of them as a digital wallet for bay bookings — buy credits in advance and use them to pay for sessions.
Purchasing Value Cards
Value cards and bulk packages are available through our website and AlbaPlay portal. Current packages include:
- 10-Hour Package: $400
- 20-Hour Package: $750
Using Your Balance
When you book a bay, your value card balance will be available as a payment option at checkout. The booking amount is deducted from your prepaid credits. Any remaining balance carries forward for future use.
Good to Know
- Value card credits can be shared among friends and family booking under your account.
- Check your current balance in your AlbaPlay account.
- Prepaid credits are non-refundable.
- Check with us regarding expiration policies for prepaid balances.
