How to Modify or Cancel a Booking

Rescheduling steps, cancellation policies, and refund rules.

Plans change — here’s how to reschedule or cancel your booking at Putter Sim Lounge.

How to Modify Your Booking

  1. Log in to your AlbaPlay account.
  2. Go to My Bookings and find the booking you want to change.
  3. Select Edit or Reschedule.
  4. Choose a new date, time, or bay. The system will show available slots.
  5. Confirm the change. You’ll receive an updated confirmation by email.

How to Cancel Your Booking

  1. Log in to your AlbaPlay account.
  2. Go to My Bookings and find the booking you want to cancel.
  3. Select Cancel and confirm.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice — Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice — No refund.
  • No-shows — Forfeit the full booking fee. No refund, no credit.
