HELP: I Can’t Get Inside the Building

Troubleshooting: verify booking time, check confirmation, check phone settings, emergency contact.


If you’re standing outside Putter Sim Lounge and can’t get the door to unlock, run through these checks before calling support.

1. Did You Get the Text?

AlbaPlay sends you a text message with your door code before your booking. Check your messages — including any spam/blocked folder — for a recent text from AlbaPlay. The code is what gets you through the door.

2. Are You Entering the Code Correctly?

Double-check the code from your text and try again. Press each digit clearly, and watch the keypad for any feedback after you finish entering it.

3. Verify Your Booking Time

The door code only works during your booking window. If your session is at 8:00 PM, the code won’t work at 6:00 PM. Check your booking confirmation email or your AlbaPlay account to confirm the exact time.

4. Check Your Booking Confirmation

Make sure your booking is confirmed and paid. If your payment didn’t process or the booking is in a pending state, your access may not be active. Log in to your AlbaPlay account to verify.

5. Check Your Waiver

If this is your first visit, confirm you’ve completed the digital liability waiver. Access may be restricted until the waiver is signed.
