Purchasing a Gift Card
Digital gift cards are purchased on our AlbaPlay gift card page. There are no fixed denominations — enter any amount you like, and the recipient receives the gift card code by email. Gift cards can be used at either bay, and are perfect for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and corporate gifts.
Redeeming a Gift Card
- Create an AlbaPlay account if you don’t have one.
- Book a bay as normal.
- At checkout, enter your gift card code in the promo or payment field.
- The gift card balance will be applied to your booking total.
Checking Your Balance
You can check your remaining gift card balance through your AlbaPlay account or by contacting us.
Good to Know
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Any remaining balance after a booking stays on the card for future use.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
