What to Bring (and What NOT to Bring)

Checklist: clean indoor shoes, clubs, no metal spikes, no outside alcohol, no marked balls.

Putter Sim Lounge is a self-service facility — there’s no staff to hand you equipment or remind you of the rules. Come prepared and you’ll have a great time. Here’s your checklist.

What to Bring

  • Clean indoor golf shoes or athletic shoes — A shoe rack is provided in the entry vestibule for your outdoor shoes. Spikeless golf shoes or clean sneakers are ideal.
  • Your own golf clubs — Bring your own clubs for the best experience — but no worries if you didn’t, we have a selection of clubs available to use during your session.
  • White, unmarked, unused golf balls — Marked or scuffed balls damage the impact screen. If you forget, we have some available.
  • Your phone — You’ll need it to receive the text message with your door code.
  • Snacks and beverages (optional) — You’re welcome to bring your own. We also have vending machines and a beverage fridge on-site.

What NOT to Bring

  • Metal spikes or outdoor shoes — These damage the turf and hitting mats. You will not be permitted to play in them.
  • Marked, scuffed, or range golf balls — These damage the impact screens. Bring white, unmarked, unused balls instead.
  • Wooden tees — These damage the impact screen. use the bright blue BIR-TEE rubber tees on the desk in each bay.
  • Glass bottles — For safety reasons, no glass containers of any kind are permitted.
  • Smoking or vaping materials — No smoking or vaping inside the facility, as per City bylaws.
