You’re welcome to bring guests to Putter Sim Lounge. Here are the rules for visitor access.
How Many Guests Can I Bring?
Each bay accommodates a maximum of 4 people per standard booking. This includes the booking holder. Larger groups may be accommodated through private event or facility buyout bookings.
Do Guests Need Their Own Account?
Guests do not need their own AlbaPlay account to play — they’re covered under your booking. However, the person who made the booking is responsible for their guests’ behavior, adherence to facility rules, and any damage that occurs during the session.
Guest Waiver Requirement
All guests aged 18 and over should sign the digital liability waiver before their first visit. For guests under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Getting Guests Through the Door
Only the booking holder needs door access credentials. Arrive together so you can unlock the door and let your guests in with you.
