HELP: Stuck on Previous Player’s Round

How to save the abandoned session and start a new profile.

If you arrive at a bay and the software shows someone else’s unfinished round, here’s how to start fresh.

How to Clear It

  1. Click the menu icon (hamburger/three lines) in the top left corner of the playing screen.
  2. Select Exit or Quit Round.
  3. When prompted to save, choose Don’t Save. This clears the round so you can start fresh.
  4. You’ll be returned to the FSX Play home screen where you can start your own round.

This is a common situation in an unmanned facility — the previous group simply forgot to exit properly. It takes 10 seconds to fix and doesn’t affect your session at all.
