If the projection screen is dark when you enter the bay, try these steps.
1. Check the Projector Remote
Look for a projector remote in the bay. Press the power button to turn it on. The projector may take 30–60 seconds to warm up and display an image.
2. Check the PC
The PC may be asleep or powered off. Press the TOP button on the white light-switch plate. If the PC power light isn’t on, press the power button on the tower.
3. Check HDMI Connections
Make sure the HDMI cable from the PC to the projector is securely connected at both ends. A loose cable will result in no signal.
4. Check the Power Strip
Locate the power strip/surge protector in the bay. Make sure it’s switched ON. If a previous group accidentally switched it off, everything connected to it (PC, projector, speakers) will be dead.
