HELP: License Validation Error

Restart software and check internet. Contact support if unresolved.


If FSX Play shows a “License Validation Error” or “License Validation Failure” on startup, here’s what to do.

Step 1 — Close and Relaunch

Close FSX Play completely and relaunch it from the desktop. License validation requires an internet connection — the software may have temporarily lost connectivity.

Step 2 — Check the Internet

Make sure the PC is connected to the facility Wi-Fi or wired network. Open a web browser and try loading any website to confirm connectivity. If the internet is down, the software cannot validate the license.

Step 3 — Restart the PC

A full restart often resolves transient network or software issues. Click Start → Power → Restart.
