Booking Confirmation & Reminders

Expected email/SMS timeline and troubleshooting missing notifications.


After booking a bay, you’ll receive automated confirmations and reminders to help you prepare for your session. Here’s what to expect.

Booking Confirmation

Immediately after completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email from AlbaPlay. This includes your bay assignment, date, time, total paid, and access instructions. Save this email — it’s your proof of booking.

Pre-Visit Reminder

Before your session, AlbaPlay sends a reminder with key details: what to bring, how to access the building, and facility rules. This reminder is sent approximately 24 hours before your booked time.

Didn’t Receive Your Confirmation?

  • Check your spam/junk folder — booking emails sometimes end up there.
  • Verify your email address in your AlbaPlay account settings. A typo in your email will prevent delivery.
  • Check your phone number — SMS confirmations require a valid mobile number on your account.
  • Log in to AlbaPlay — your booking will be visible under “My Bookings” even if the email didn’t arrive.

If your booking doesn’t appear in your account, it may not have completed. Try booking again or contact us for help.
