HELP: Computer Won’t Wake Up

Check power strips, move mouse, press PC power button.

If the bay PC appears completely dead, work through these checks.

1. Press the Light-Switch Button

The simulator may be powered off. Press the TOP button on the white light-switch plate to the right of the desktop. The ceiling launch monitor light will turn yellow while booting, then blue when ready. Give it 15–30 seconds.

2. Check the Power Button

Look at the PC tower. Is the power LED lit? If not, press the power button once. Wait 30–60 seconds for the system to boot.

3. Check the Power Strip

Find the power strip/surge protector that the PC is plugged into. Make sure it’s switched on. A previous group may have accidentally turned it off. If the switch is off, turn it on and then press the PC power button.

4. Check the Wall Outlet

In rare cases, the breaker may have tripped. If the power strip is on but nothing is getting power, this may be the issue. Contact our support line — we’ll help troubleshoot remotely or dispatch help.
