If SimLock is still showing on the bay screen after your booked start time, try these steps.
1. Confirm Your Booking
Log in to your AlbaPlay account and verify that your booking is confirmed, paid, and assigned to the correct bay. Double-check the date and time — a booking for tomorrow won’t unlock today’s bay.
2. Wait a Minute
There may be a brief delay (up to 1–2 minutes) between your start time and SimLock clearing. Give it a moment.
3. Refresh
If the SimLock screen has a refresh option, tap it. Otherwise, try moving the mouse or pressing a key to prompt the system to recheck your booking status.
4. Contact Support
If SimLock still won’t clear after 5 minutes past your start time, contact our emergency support line. We can unlock the bay remotely.
