What to Do if Equipment is Damaged

Stop play, isolate hazard, submit digital report, contact management.

If you notice equipment damage during your session — whether you caused it or found it when you arrived — here’s the correct procedure.

Step 1 — Stop Play

If the damage affects safety or could get worse with continued use (torn screen, broken projector, sparking electronics), stop playing immediately.

Step 2 — Isolate the Hazard

If there’s broken glass, exposed wiring, liquid on electronics, or any other hazard, keep everyone away from it. Do not try to repair it yourself.

Step 3 — Document and Report

  • Take photos of the damage.
  • Call us at 289-536-7089 to report what happened — our AI assistant can take the details, or you can ask for Silvio.

Pre-Existing Damage

If you find damage when you arrive that clearly happened before your session, report it immediately. This protects you from being held responsible for someone else’s damage. The facility is under continuous video surveillance, which will be reviewed if needed.
