Reporting a Lost Item
Contact us as soon as possible with a description of the item, the date and time of your visit, and which bay you were in. We’ll check the facility and our video footage to try to locate your item.
Retrieval
If we find your item, we’ll coordinate a time for you to pick it up. Items are held at the facility for a limited period.
Important Notes
- Putter Sim Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned items.
- Items not claimed within a reasonable period will be disposed of.
- We recommend checking for all personal belongings before leaving — use the closing checklist.
