How to Extend Time via SimLock

Purchasing extra time directly from the locked screen.

When your booked session is ending, SimLock may reappear with an option to extend your time — if the next slot is available.

How It Works

  1. Near the end of your session, the SimLock screen may appear with an “Extend Time” option.
  2. Select the amount of additional time you’d like.
  3. Complete the payment on screen.
  4. SimLock clears and your session continues without interruption.

This option is only available if the next time slot is not booked by another customer. If the slot is taken, you’ll need to vacate the bay promptly.
