Emergency Procedures

911 protocols, extinguisher/first aid locations, and exit routes.

In an emergency at Putter Sim Lounge, your safety comes first. Here’s what to do.

Call 911

For any medical emergency, fire, or security threat, call 911 immediately. The facility address is 8201 Weston Road, Unit #2, Woodbridge, ON L4L 0J6. Give this address to the dispatcher.

Fire

  • Evacuate immediately. Do not attempt to fight a significant fire.
  • Fire extinguishers are located in the facility — look for the posted signage indicating their location.
  • Exit via the nearest exit and move away from the building.
  • Call 911 from a safe distance.

Medical Emergency

  • Call 911.
  • A first aid kit is available in the facility — look for posted signage.
  • Do not move an injured person unless they are in immediate danger.

Exit Routes

Emergency exit locations are marked with illuminated exit signs. Familiarize yourself with the nearest exit when you arrive. Exit maps are posted inside each bay.

After Any Emergency

Once safe, contact our emergency support line to report what happened. This helps us respond appropriately and update our safety measures.
