Putter Sim Lounge is an unlicensed facility. We don’t sell or serve alcohol on-site, and we don’t operate as a bar or licensed establishment. As a self-service, unmanned facility, we leave personal consumption to the discretion of our customers — and we accept no responsibility or liability for it.
Operational Rules
- No glass bottles of any kind — broken glass is dangerous on the turf and around the equipment.
- No smoking, vaping, or cannabis inside the facility, in line with City of Vaughan bylaws.
- No illicit substances. Zero tolerance.
- Keep liquids away from equipment. No drinks on or near the launch monitor, projector, computer, or hitting mat.
- Bring whatever non-glass food and beverages you’d like for your own consumption.
Personal Responsibility
Putter Sim Lounge accepts no responsibility or liability for personal consumption of any kind by customers or their guests. As the booking holder, you are fully responsible for your own conduct and the conduct of anyone you bring to the facility, including any damage caused. Ontario LLBO regulations apply.
Damage & Surveillance
The facility is under continuous video surveillance. You are financially responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment caused by you or your guests. See the Member & Guest Agreement for full terms.
