Putter Sim Lounge has a clear policy regarding alcohol and substances on the premises.
The Policy
- no alcohol is permitted on the premises.
- No glass bottles of any kind.
- No illicit substances are permitted. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
- No smoking or vaping inside the facility, as per City of Vaughan bylaws.
- Customers are welcome to bring non-glass beverages and snacks.
Personal Responsibility
The operator is not responsible or liable for personal consumption of beverages by customers. Ontario LLBO regulations apply. By bringing beverages to the facility, you assume full responsibility for your consumption and behavior.
Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of your session without refund, financial liability for any resulting damage, and a permanent ban from the facility. The building is under continuous video surveillance.
