- Waiver signatures — Digitally signed liability waivers with timestamps and audit trails.
How We Use It
Your data is used to process bookings, manage facility access, enforce facility rules, respond to incidents, and communicate with you about your bookings and account.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Video footage is retained for a limited period and deleted on a rolling basis unless flagged for an incident investigation.
