Your Responsibility
Customers are financially responsible for any damage to equipment, screens, projectors, launch monitors, turf, mats, or other facility property caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow the facility rules.
Common Causes of Damage
- Using wooden tees (damages the impact screen)
- Using marked or scuffed golf balls (damages impact screens)
- Wearing metal spikes (damages turf and mats)
- Spilling liquids on electronic equipment
- Swinging clubs outside the designated hitting zone
- Rough handling of equipment, screens, or projectors
Evidence & Enforcement
The facility is under continuous video surveillance. In the event of damage, video footage will be reviewed to determine responsibility. Charges will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs and applied to the credit card on file.
