What You’re Agreeing To
The agreement is a release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risk, and the venue rules. By signing, you acknowledge that indoor golf involves physical activity in proximity to equipment, walls, and other people, and you accept responsibility for your own safety and the safety of anyone you bring with you. You also agree to follow the facility rules — no alcohol, no outdoor shoes on the hitting surface, one swinger at a time, and so on.

How to Sign
You’ll see the agreement during checkout when you book. Check the box to confirm you’ve read and agreed — that’s your signature. The agreement is timestamped and stored against your AlbaPlay account.
Important Details
- You must be 18 or older to agree. For minors, a parent or guardian must accept on their behalf and accompany them at all times.
- As the booking holder, you’re responsible for making sure everyone in your bay has read and agreed to the terms before playing.
- If we update the agreement, you’ll be asked to re-accept the new version on your next booking.
- You’re financially responsible for any damage you or your guests cause to the facility or equipment.
