Proper footwear is one of the most important rules at Putter Sim Lounge. The wrong shoes can permanently damage our artificial turf, hitting mats, and equipment.
What’s Allowed
- Spikeless golf shoes — Ideal. Designed for indoor and outdoor golf.
- Clean indoor athletic shoes — Sneakers, running shoes, or trainers with clean, non-marking soles.
- Flat-soled shoes — Any clean, flat shoe suitable for indoor use.
What’s NOT Allowed
- Metal spikes — These tear the artificial turf and damage the hitting mats.
- Boots, work shoes, or heels — Too heavy or hard-soled for the turf surface.
- Dirty or wet outdoor shoes — Mud, gravel, and moisture damage the playing surfaces.
- Bare feet or socks only — Not permitted for safety reasons.
Shoe Storage
A shoe rack is provided in the entry vestibule. Leave your outdoor shoes there and change into your indoor shoes before entering the bay area. Swap back when you leave.
